Workout mania

so guys, ive been working out loads lately and trying to get super fit because why not :) So heres my top five workout/ fitness/ weight loss tips. 1.WATER~ drink water. lots of it. its that simple. I drink 1.8 L but it all depends on your weight and age so... 2. Blogilates~ so guys, heres my secret. Theres a personal trainer on youtube called blogilates and shes absolutley amazing! I've been following her workout calendars for ages and im seeing so much difference! She has a blog aswell which is .Go check it out :) 3.Almond milk~ so instead of dairy miolk, ive been using almond milk which is lower in calories and fat (it also doesnt taste watery and weird like some of them). The brand I use is called almond breeze by blue diamond. 4.Detox water~ so carrying on from number one, detox waters are a fun way to up your water intake and theyre really motivating. the blogilates online shop sells a load of them in fun colours and quotes and i love them :) 5. Keep a food journal~ Food journals are a great way to keep track of your food and to see what foods make you feel heavy an dstuffed!
